Why modify for more power?
I wanted a hunting gun for larger game, I had a Sam Yang 909S for a day or two. I was not impressed with the quality... The gun was pretty, light weight, the power about 200FPE, and the trigger about a 48 lb pull LOL. There were also several more design flaws, and they were too much trouble to deal with. I returned it.
I looked at the Crosman Bulldog 357, but 200 FPE isn't enough, even with 6 shots in a mag
I just preordered the Airforce Texan, it's ugly, but I think it's got what I want.
I love modifying my MRods and Prods, but I'll never be able to get 500 FPE with them no matter how I try.
They make great small/medium game guns. But I want something with massive power, ease of use, and reliable.
