Here is a picture showing 3 of the 5:
This Afternoon I took my new friend Gene to the vineyard we had a long walk, but we finally found the squirrels. The shots ranged from about 35 to past 70 yards.
I left my Air Arms s410 in the truck to play with the new Marauder. The wind was blowing right to left and gusting hard. At the longer shots I could see the wind Blowing the 14.5 grain CP almost a foot.
This made for a challenging shoot. I like the marauder especially now that I have two additional clips for it. This lets me fill her up with air and pellets at the same time, and get good 30 shots before I need to fill again.
The gun function well for the task, it was very quiet and allowed me to make fast follow up shots when needed.
I’m still learning the trajectory rifle, so that along with the strong winds makes a very challenging shoot.
One feature of the rifle I seemed to use more than I thought I would is the pellet counter. I can look over at a glance and know what pellet of the 10 the magazine was on.
