The method where you lock the gun down, fire, and then just move the crosshairs to where the pellet shot is the easiest way to do it by far. Guess the only down fall is you have to have a stand to lock it in place so you know it didn't move.
Sent the 3-12x44 back to pyramid air for a refund. Cost me $10.20 to ship it back UPS ground which i thought was kind of high for 4 lbs. Hope they don't charge me a restocking fee since i had them install it originally and they didn't send the box along with the gun and it is supposed to be in the original packaging.

Hey Swami, Glad to hear your liking it. Yeah, that's a great sight in method, quick and easy if you have the right equipment. What's your starting zero point (distance)? Have you seen the scope knob that goes on top of the elevation turret for quick yardage adjustments? Works like a charm.

If PA did the scope install then they should make good on the full purchase price. It's not right they didn't send you all the original packaging, etc.

Today I sighted it in at 20yds. I will problably go back and site it at 30yds or at least see where it is hitting at 30 yds and go from there.
