No. mine isn't broken. What I want to do is adapt an SCBA valve to fit a 4500psi paintball tank. What I want is a minitank that I can carry in a pack for extended trips. The little paintball tanks only weigh a few ounces, but the valves that come in them aren't suitable for airgun use. Any help would sure be appreciated.

i was wondering what size threads are on the SCBA ..ive been looking at them on ebay but dont want to spend 50-70 for one just to find out the size...

Most SCBA bottles, like the ones made by SCOTT, are CGA-347 thread type. I'll try to get size and pitch for you. Steve

Here is someone selling them on eBay for $12 plus $6 shipping buy-it-now. He has 10 valves available.

For those interested, I have NEW oem (SCOTT) o-rings that go between the valve assembly (shown here) and the bottle. Steve
