I didnt know ninja made regs for that output, how much do they run and where did you find them? Let us know the fill amounts when you get a chance to try it out. Thanks

So it looks like about $430 out the door with the basic setup with 90 ci tank. Does that seem about right?

This place sells the 90 ci tank for $165, but I don't know if it is comparable. http://www.paintball-discounters.com/i/ ... a-tank.htm
And here is another for $165 http://www.hustlepaintball.com/Ninja-Pa ... Nano-Gauge

Here is a hose that you can connect to a 4500 paintball tank and it will fill any other to 3000 psi. for $135 http://www.hustlepaintball.com/Ninja-Pa ... -w-QD-Hose

Here is a 3000 psi aluminum tank for $50. http://www.paintball-online.com/48ci-30 ... 48-0X.aspx

It looks like you can put one together for $165 + $135 = $300 total, but maybe that is what A2A charges too if I misunderstood their prices.

Complete NINJA 90 is $299 that has fill manifold, bleeder and hose with QD :o
Why would you wish to cobble something together is beyond me for equal dollars getting spent

Now if an EX baller and have a CF tank can see getting a 3K regulator and such ...

Just questioning ... nuttin more :D

Not trying to derail thread .. just offer some common sense alternatives.

That fill station Ray wastes a lot of air. Dave has a better fill station as it doesn't have the big bleed block. I bought the micro bore and cp on off to replace my other ones I have. Dave has the best solution period. I have built me 3 tanks before he started selling them. My recent one is a 100ci tank with his fill station.

Small 68ci Tank Setup

Postby ShawnHu » Tue Jun 04, 2013 8:09 pm

The paintball on/off/bleed really is the way to go until Ninja or another company comes out with a better solution.

I spoke to Ninja before they released their regs for us air gunners. They were open to the thought and I told them there's a market for it. 3 months later, I have one of their regs.

This is a very similar setup as the Guppy that Joe has, except its regulated and not a Jubilee valve. The tank and threads are different from Joe's and cannot be interchanged.

Ray, if you're really interested in one like this, PM me.

Hi Shawn.

I'm always interested in good air sources.

One amazing thing is my 22 Marauder gets 50 good shots on a 3200 psi fill.

By good shots, I'm shooting 14.3 grain CP domes starting at 820 FPS up to 847 FPS then down to 820 again.

I may not need to carry any tanks in the field any more.

Well my NINJA set up just got modified ..... :D
Dug out the PB guns knowing on one was a CP mini ASA ;) ..... Sure enough on the CCM S-5 pumper there it was !

Took off the bulky Ninja OEM fill valve and bleed manifold, replaced with the CCM, Microbore hose & QD swap and were done.
Mucho better :D

Small 68ci Tank Setup

Postby ShawnHu » Tue Jun 04, 2013 11:27 pm

Much more streamlined right Scott? Now how are you supposed to power up that pump without an ASA? Lol. Maybe go with a direct 9oz co2 tank?
