DO NOT OVER TORQUE YOUR VALVE ON YOU BOTTLE

Keeping with the http://www.marauderairrifle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7298 thread, I would like to say that the shutoff valve stem on your bottle is made of brass and it will break if you torque is shut. Lucky for me, I have spare parts at the Fire Hall and was able to replace it. Will post pictures soon.

DO NOT OVER TORQUE YOUR VALVE ON YOU BOTTLE

There's really no need to torque anything down on airguns. Everyone should be practicing the use of sealers instead of going gorilla on these parts. Teflon and blue loctite is all that any air smith should ever need.

Maybe you misunderstood me. The shutoff fill valve on your bottle (mine is a Benjamin 90 ci ). I would shut the valve very tightly. A no no. Found out the hard way. Had a leek from the valve. Will post pics and diagram when I get home and have access to my laptop.

The upper stem in the diagram ( the exact piece that the pointer points to) broke off causing a leak. :(
