The Scope and goal of this section of the form is provide useful information 24/7 because I realize that most of us play with the toys on weekends when big companies and telephone support is not always available.
Normally if problems occur during this window you are SOL until the next business day (and your fun is over)
So if you are having problems check or search here to see if it is a known issue and what steps can be taken to resolve the issue.
If you ask questions on this forum, I can not guarantee Crosman support will see the post or reply to it, and you may need to give them a call at 800-724-7486 if you still need help or replacement parts.

My baffle
sticks a few times as I take it off for cleaning, as though something is not straight (like my barrel) I was wondering if it is normal for it stick a couple times comingout...I know I could NOT pulling it completerly straight too. Anybody else experiencing this?... I am having accuracy problems with my new( less than 30 days old) 177 mrod...I saw some reference leaning your mrod against the wall could cause issues and the tightness of the baffle could cause inaccuracies.....Well, I store my mrod in a gun cabinet which I would have to imagine is pushing the baffle in...UGH!.....I wish I had a list of all the things to do or not to do...Anyway, I didn't know what a breech o ring was supposed to look like so, I found a picture of it (because that was one thing I was told to check when I started having accuracy issues)

I assume your talking about the barrel shroud? Its normal for it to kind of stick removing it because its a drawn piece of aluminum. The I.D and O.D will vary as well as it not being perfectly straight or concentric. RayK found that generous lube on the stripper o-ring helped accuracy and with removal of the shroud.
