The Scope and goal of this section of the form is provide useful information 24/7 because I realize that most of us play with the toys on weekends when big companies and telephone support is not always available.

Normally if problems occur during this window you are SOL until the next business day (and your fun is over)

So if you are having problems check or search here to see if it is a known issue and what steps can be taken to resolve the issue.

If you ask questions on this forum, I can not guarantee Crosman support will see the post or reply to it, and you may need to give them a call at 800-724-7486 if you still need help or replacement parts.

I wish Jamie USMC Shooter were still around, but he bought a Cricket and we never heard from him again.

Forgive my ignorance, but browsing amazon for "ball hone" shows something that seems it would polish the inside of the tube nicely, but what do you use to chamfer the edges of the stamped out areas?

Can someone explain it for the mechanically challenged?

Use a Dremel with a ball tool.

Well, that seems cheap enough. I have my rifle apart right now, awaiting some orings. I might as well try it!

Been meaning to put some graphite moly on the hammer, too. Any suggestions or comments on that?

Thanks for the info!

Do I need to pull the valve and everything out of the tube like Travis' video on installing the NBH, or can I get these edges trimmed down with and not worry about particles getting into the valve?
