John, Please take a deep breath my friend, I don't think anyone was trying to belittle you. I think we would all agree with you that in todays society, being proud of a job well done is so surely lost. I myself and I'm sure others before me are glad to see that Crosman stepped up to the plate (once again) and offered a free replacement. Honestly, I am surprised but none the less, happy to see they did. :) Hopefully it was just a fluke thing and they will learn something from it. I don't know how they're handling their other products (as I don't own any) but it seems that with the Mrod they're not holding back on the customer service. Glad it got rectified for you John.
