My friend Gene, has my Marauder, he cut a new .22 barrel for it and it is shooting better. I asked him to make me a de-pinger and he said he would. I'll report back when I test it out.

Might want to give these a look
Several versions of a de-pinger for the Marauder and installation instructions

I actually found a piece of 1 1/4" clear tubing among my CPAP machine accessories.
It was a perfect fit in the air chamber and the ping is totally gone now.

Installation took about 15 minutes tops :)

Good Luck !

loosen the two allen screws on the barrel alignment band
slide band off of the barrel and slide it back on upside down
tighten allen screws and you should be able to turn the band by hand
this will loosen the entire fitting - then just remove the fitting by hand and in-sert the de-pinger
re-insert fitting and tighten and return band to original position

BE SURE TO DE-GAS BEFORE TRYING TO REMOVE THE FITTING !!!!!!

another trick that works - use pluming insulation

1mm thick rubber/neoprene sheet - roll and insert as per normal de-ping

actually also deadens the action noise as well

make sure you insert it all the way down to maximize the effect

i found a 4" wide section worked best
