You could say the same about the Marauders and many do say just that about them - heavy and ugly.

What matters to me is how do they shoot?

If they shoot like the 25 M-rod, people will buy them. If they shoot like the 22 M-rod, people will pass...

Ray
25 W-rod | 08 shots @ 70 FPE -2% | 3100 fill
25 M-rod | 40 shots @ 35 FPE -4% | 3100 fill
22 M-rod | 51 shots @ 25 FPE -4% | 3100 fill
17 M-rod | 50 shots @ 19 FPE -4% | 2500 fill
25 P_rod | 16 shots @ 29 FPE -3% | 2100 fill

Love them or hate them we all have an opinion. My .22 Syn 2nd gen. out of the box, no mods, no tune, is hitting my little finger nail at 60 yards for 25 shots. did I get lucky, or is Crosman doing a good job. Dunno?

Mine shoots about the same....after the first shot.

Who knows perhaps the issues are getting worked out....but I tend to agree....those are not at the top of my want list.
