I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself, by asking a newbie question. What is the largest small game a .177 will take down rabbit or raccoon? Within normal range 75ft or less.

Hey Fireworksman, Welcome to the family, glad to have you here. The .177 Mrod will have no problem dispatching a raccoon at 25 yds, especially with the EunJin 16.1 grn at over 900 fps. Done that.... Cheers. Steve

I just started with a Storm XT breakbarrel not two months ago. I wanted to move up to a better gun and my Marauder is due to arrive on Tue the 25th. I really like the abillity to customize my M. for different conditions. I took some time choosing between .177 or.22 and ended up going for the .177. Mostly targets and a little small game hunting. I don't have anything that I want to give up right now, I'll let you know if I do .
