Try Wally Mart , I understand that they now carry either Centerpoint or Leapers in that price range.

For under a $100 bucks, I'd get the Centerpoint Adventure class 4-16x40, like this one at Amazon.com. http://www.amazon.com/Centerpoint-Optic ... 50&sr=1-26
