I know this might sound strange, but would anyone be willing to rent out a Chrony? I'd love to use one just a few times, but don't really care to own one. Thoughts?

Hey Randall, Certainly a novel idea, wish I had a spare. However, once you've used one, your gonna love owning one. You might not think you'll have the need for one all the time but once you've had your Mrod a while and get into shooting and trying different pellets it will be the best investment (aside from the Mrod itself) that you'll ever make. Just out of curiosity, what do you think would be a fair rental charge and for how long? Cheers. Steve

I'm thinking one worth about $300 available to rent, where the renter would pay for shipping both ways, I'd pay $10/week + shipping to rent one. However I feel that owning one might be best like you said. On the other hand, perhaps the local gun range/shop will let me rent one out.

Well, so say $10 a week plus another $20-$30 shipping both ways with insurance and if you did this just twice then...; but for $110 you can have yourself a nice Shooting Chrony Beta. See where I'm going with this my friend??? Steve
