I tried a little testing today ,...turning hammer throw ccw all the way and turning hammer spring adjustment ccw all the way ,then turned it out cw 4.5 turns according to what Mr Hill said to try for Gen 2's. 2900 psi down to 1950 psi the string went as follows-878,872,864,854,846,834,819,811-forgot to mention all these with JSB exact kings-25.39 gr. ,...then tried the hammerspring adjustment at 3.5 cw,....2900-down to 2200 psi and got the following -899,884,884,873.2,865.1,848.8,840.2,828.2,....then turned hammer spring adjustment to 5.5 cw-893.2,884.4,867.3,857.9,845.4,823.4,811.2,790.4 -psi went from 2900-1700 ,....then I tried the hammer spring adjustment at 0-ccw all the way psi went from 2900-1700 and here are the results-2 strings this time-883.7,875.4,851.9,866,855.8,797.3,853.9,846.8,837,831.3,826.6,808.5,811.3,799.2,792,781.7,....the next adjustment with the hammer spring was 6 cw-I used my pump to top off to 3000 psi and she went down to 1250 psi with a 2 shot string as follows-916,907.7,907.8,894.2,887.2,872.5,864.7,850,846.2,823.4,816.1,796,785.9,762.9,737.7,709.7-the last two shots would have been a little higher but double loaded pellet -shot into ground and loaded two more pellets to finish 2 string I was getting low on air 2600 psi in tank but I went ahead and fired a string of Eunjins 43.2 gr. and the string brought her down to 1400 psi but here are the chrono numbers with the Eunjins-739.9,733.9,718.2,713.1,695.7,667,660.5,640.4 this was with the hammer throw all the way ccw and the hammer adjustment at 6 cw,....I noticed AJ had said in his video he took the hammer debounce out of his .25 and .22 marauders,...just wondering if this would make any difference in getting more f.p.s. ?,.....johnw.
