Hey Guys,My starting pressure is 3000 and I end up after 24 shots with 2000.This is the Eunjin 43.2 gr with the 1st shot at 649.61and the 24th shot at 649.86 and my 13th shot is 670.85 which is the highest. I know the velocity isn't that fast but It sure is an accurate one in my rifle. This is all from factory settings. The only thing I have done to the rifle is the Trigger Mod.

Derek,
I see now that you are shooting the 43.2gr. pointed pellets. Have you thought about trying the .25 Eun Jin pellet in the 35gr. dome pellet? You may get better results. The Eun Jin pellets work best with high power pcp air rifles. So the 35gr. may yeld a better result as compared to the heavier 43.2gr. pellet. You posted that you are getting around 650fps with the 43.2gr.this yelds about 40fpe which is not great, but ok for taking small and med. game. In my years of air gunning I am a firm beliver in matching the pellet to the volicity of the air rifle.

I have a .22 air rifle that shoots the 28gr. Eun Jin hunting dome pellet at 1070fps that is about 72fpe. and that is why I am not looking to own a .25 cal. air rifle . I do not want to give up long range shooting because of the trajectory of the .25cal.

Man I love shooting my 22cal. Marauder in the Rob Tylor stock inside 50yds.

The Baracudas and the Kodiaks are the same pellet made in the same factory. Beeman puts their name on them and gets more money for them. The Kodiak/Baracuda pellets shoot well in my .25 Marauder. I get one ragged hole at 25 yards and they bean the little rocks up on the hill 100 yards away! Of course, every gun shoots differently so you will have to try them in you gun.

p.s. ShootingChrony Inc. is a terrible company to deal with. Buy a Pro Chrono by Competition Electronics...they're made in the U.S.A.
