I assume you mean Napier Power Pellet Lube. The instructions I got with the lube basically say to quickly lube pellets, place about 100 pellets in a plastic sandwich bag and add 3 to 4 drops of the lube to the bag. Then allow the lube to cover the pellets by shaking them around in the bag. Be careful that you don't bend up the pellets skirts. You could also put about 5-6 drops of the lube in a tin of pellets and do the same thing. You will get lots of opinions on the stuff but it seems to work well for me. Better accuracy and more time between cleaning the barrel. By the way, I use it on CPH .177 pellets in my MROD.
