Where are you located?

I'd try some fresh o-rings and lube them with silicone grease.

But if you did all that and it is still leaking, you need to try some smoke or soapy water to see exactly where it is leaking.

Make sure the extension is round by rolling it on a flat surface, like a piece of plate glass, check the threads to see if they are cut uniformly and are not damaged, if those things check out, then try a few wraps of Teflon tape on the threads.

If all that fails use some plumbers tape on threads

wrong orings?
99% of the time it's the shooter, not the gun.

Teflon tape is a poor bandaid for something that should be air tight from an O ring seal. Teflon tape should be only needed on tapered threaded "pipe" joints.

Get in touch with the manufacturer if all else fails. I've had issues with things and the manufacturer has always had a answer that solved MY problem. These people tend to be nice and a wealth of info. GL
