I assume your 22 M-rod rifle shooting 14.3 grain pellets.

That's much better than stock. Mine is currently shooting them at a peak of 885 for 51 good shots, but at a fill of 3100 psi using some of your modified parts.

Ray
25 W-rod | 08 shots @ 70 FPE -2% | 3100 fill
25 M-rod | 40 shots @ 35 FPE -4% | 3100 fill
22 M-rod | 51 shots @ 25 FPE -4% | 3100 fill
17 M-rod | 50 shots @ 19 FPE -4% | 2500 fill
25 P_rod | 16 shots @ 29 FPE -3% | 2100 fill

Great string Tim! When im tuning I always shoot the first pellet off the string its always a strange number, Ray and I where talking about this a few weeks ago I think its because the air hasn't stabilized well after the fill but im not sure. So ditch first shot and your ES is 17 not 23 anyway very impressive.

I usually show the rifle's model number and the pellets I am shooting, at the beginning of the videos. In this case: BP2264 and Crosman Premier Dome.

You say a peak of 885, what is the low ( E.S. ) ?

Hi Tim.

Shot string peaks at 885 fps with 14.3grain CP Domes.
If I fill to 3000, I get 43 good shots within 3% (min is 860 fps).
If I fill to 3100 psi, I get 51 shots within 4% (min is 849 fps).

For pesting squirrels and pigeons at the farms, this is adequate power.
I can give you more details via PM.

Ok, just wondering.

For shooting at the smaller pest/critters, I thought maybe something like this thread would appeal to you ?
Which is also, about the same fps range the field target shooters tune for.

viewtopic.php?f=30&t=10401

But maybe adjust for a little tighter E. S. ?
