Marauder Pistol - can't remove valve - allen screws to small

Need advice:
Marauder Pistol - can't remove valve - Allen screws to small
The pistol I bought a year ago has 3 tiny sockets for the Allen headed screws holding the valve. They need a 5/64 Allen wrench and the wrench is just twisting trying to get those screws out.
Any advice ?

Absolutely make sure that there is no air pressure in the gun! While tight from the factory, never had a rounding issue using the correct allen wrench. The 5/64" is the correct size, Never use the ball socket style on this.

they can be a bitch...first thing i do is swap all the bolts to torx

The OP posted on the GTA that there was indeed air left in the gun. Glad this did not turn into another valve in the thigh video, or worse.
