Tko muzzlebreak

Postby stony30 » Mon Jan 04, 2016 12:54 pm

I was wondering how many of you guys that own the prod like myself have installed 5.75" tko muzzle break on it and what are your thoughts ? Mine is tuned more for power than efficiency but really not crazy loud. I've installed a depinger in it but would like to quiet it down more. Thanks for any responses. Please respond with personal experience not from what you might have read.

The very first thing I bought when I bought my PRod was the TKO.
It screws right on and absolutely works great.
Buy it right now.

I see you have a .25 cal also. Did you think of getting a muzzlebreak for that as well?

I would like to have one.
They are quite expensive from what I can see.
My .177 is mouse fart quiet after Motorhead did his magic and I certainly don't need to plink with the .25.
Maybe someone will make one at a resonable price for an aging, disabled, Viet Nam Veteran. :P

If you want a LDC, you owe it to yourself to contact Rocker1 (David) on Gateway To Airguns. He makes great LDCs and they are not expensive at all - about half what you might pay otherwise. Shoot him a PM and maybe he will give you a quote.

I got mine from Marmot militia. It really quiets it down to a mouse fart but that is what I expected from it any way. What surprised me though that with some pointed pellets that I used I managed to increase the accuracy by the use of this muzzlebreak. I am not sure how that is possible but I guess it acts as an air stripper. Now I am not saying that it increases the accuracy over all because I have not tested it with every pellet that I have and certainly it does not work with flat nose pellets but with those particular pointed pellets it made the groups much tighter. I was quite surprised to say the least.

My TKO is supposed to be shipped today. I am hoping for a very noticeable improvement since my prod is LOUD!
