Pastes and Solvents?

I am the owner a 22. Marauder and have been cleaning the barrel using only dry cleaning patches. Would it be a good idea to use some sort of cleaning paste or solvent instead of just using dry patches? If so which one would you recommend? Thanks in advance for any tips!

All I use is dry patches, I normally run 4-5 of them every hundred shots or so. I personally do not like to over clean the barrel, The last time I over cleaned it it took about 75 shots to get the POI back right.

Crossman told me to use Crossman silicone chamber oil on a patch to clean the barrel. The same oil they say in the manual for the o ring at the breech.
