Is it the barrel you shot the 31 gr bullets through?

No, the barrel that shot the 31 gr was the Disco .22, with the hawged out valve that Mike @ TKO did, with a heavy hammer spring, RVA, and I have the P-Rod block. Nothing but air flow. The barrel on my Carbine is the .25 that I hope to have the P-Rod valve for or I will see if I can get another hawged out Disco valve, or spend the cash for Cothran's valve.

So how big of a tranfer port on that carbine tube? lol one thing about that cothran valve you don't need a heavy hammer spring.

Wow...huge exhaust port. That is a Cothran tube, right? So his valve's exhaust port is almost the same size as his tubes tp? What spring are you using for the hammer?

Here are the pellets I pushed thru my B&A .25 big bore barrel...sorry the pic isn't better. The rifling engages really well.

Sorry I made a mistake in the other post. The .25 I was talking about was the caliber not transfer port size sorry my mistake. My tranfer port is .180 still pretty big. what ever the barrel port size is for a 25 cal marauder? .125 maybe.

So I detuned my Disco today to 12fpe. It is still hitting hard and very accurate. I want to do like the airgunners across the pond and hit rabbits at 50+yds with 12fpe. On a side note, my new to me QB78 and BNM barrel bands come in tomorrow. The QB78 is a future Corsair .357 candidate.
