The Lowly 1077

Perhaps it is because I am new to this site, perhaps it is because I have such a dislike...no disgust....yea that is better for the other site named after a video game, so you guys have to suffer with me till you hit me with the ban hammer as well.

I am going under the knife and anything over 5lbs is off limits. Joy of joys I find that the little 1077 comes in under 4lbs. Proof on the PA web site so the wife will allow me to shoot. Yes the wife allow, I have been married for 28 years and if anyone that has been married that long says they are the boss they life in a dream land.

Ran two cartridges in the 1077 last night at the indoor range 18 yards. I had forgotten how well it really shoots. I got 4.5 magazines in the gun before the pressure fell into the floor. Or would that be a clip, I used one magazine and one clip.....anyone want to get into a magazine vs. clip argument :D

Anyway....shots are not good but not horrible. I would say tin can accurate at that distance and really that is what that rifle was made to do.....however with time on my hands and very little mobility are there any suggestions you guys can provide that will give a little better of an accurate performance out of the little rifle, in shot count or any other area. It really is a fun little gun and I am glad I picked it back up again. If you guys don't have one and happen to have an extra $70 laying around give one a shot, put a halfway good scope on it, mine has a $12 scope from the bushnell outlet.
