2560 SS PCP

this project is coming to a end. i had bought a cothran 2240 pcp for the original project. but bottle placement and associated plumbing looked like crap. so i went with the long 2260 tube. it has the cothran power house valve installed. i love this valve is worth every buck i paid for it. ordered one for my cut down disco tube. the exhaust port is 5/16" with a 3/8" transfer port area. right now i have it detuned with 2 o rings in front of the valve stem. shoots 25.3 jsb 850+ it's pretty loud for the back yard so i ordered more baffles. Oh it weighs 8lb.

Ok so I added 6 more baffles was ok, now the muzzle blast is blowing out the end cap on my shroud. I'm guessing that venting the shroud is going to be called for. Any suggestions of size holes I should use? Or maybe a idea for a better LDC.

ended up drilling 3 .140 holes on the lower part of the shroud. jb welded the end cap on the shroud. i'm amazed of the amount of muzzle blast thats blown back into the shroud. lots of air being exhausted out theses little holes now.

Picked up a RAI AR stock adapter and cheap ar fixed stock. Nice solid connection to the tube and stock.
