So a big thank you to Screwwork for the trade! This was a black 1377 yesterday and is now converted to .22 cal carbine for yard pesting. It has a home made power adjuster with a spacer/guide and a Discovery hammer spring, a highly polished hammer and trigger group with washers to eliminate side to side movement and a lightened sear spring with guided creating a crisp repeatable trigger,.165 Ice maker tube T.P. a super pumper forearm, steel breech kit, extended magnetic probe, homemade fiber optic front sight, LPA rear sight, BKL mounts holding a 30mm Leapers/UTG 3-12x44 S.W.A.T. Scope w/ etched glass half mil-dot reticle & the EZ tap Illumination with a 110 lumen light and laser with quick release..and a shade tree camo job too. It seems to prefer the 15.89gr JSB Exacts with very tight 20yd groups dime sized, and does well with the Metal Mags too. Not tossing a ton of energy but with this kind of precision it is plenty for 10-30yd squirrel and rabbit eradication and no more CO2 to buy. I gotta say I'm loving this little shooter. gonna throw on my Orion camera mount and do a bit of pesting... Here is the data for two 10 shot strings:

15.89gr JSB Exacts

10 pumps

1. 421.8
2. 420.9
3. 426.8
4. 422.1
5. 423.6
6. 424.5
7. 425.7
8. 423.4
9. 426.0
10. 424.9

15 pumps

1. 461.8
2. 466.9
3. 458.1
4. 463.7
5. 462.1
6. 461.0
7. 465.1
8. 462.4
9. 466.0
10. 463.9

10 pumps average of 423.9 fps/6.35 fpe
15 pumps average of 463.1 fps/7.57 fpe

This is enough juice to do yard work for me but I wanna go 14 inch barrel to allow for my TKO brake, and I am very interested in the flat top piston and valve as well, but I am loving the freedom of this little pumper!

Nice looking little carbine. I just put the same scope on my Prod. I have a new brass set of flat face valve and piston made by airgunsmith for sale $92TYD. I have a set in my back packer. I just put 40 pumps into that nearly blowed a .177 pellet through a 3/4" pine board. You can see the pellet in this pix.

Damn Id be happy to take those off your hands but cash is tight these days had to make trades for the gun as I have lots of spare Mrod/Prod/22&13 xx series parts as well. Perhaps in a few weeks if you still have them. That bye the way is a sweet looking rig.

Your modded 1322 looks cool Family Man!
I have a 14" AC custom 22 cal barrel for my 1322 so when it goes between the pistol to carbine I swap barrels add the stock and scope and it rock the squirrels. The trigger job helps the 13XX guns alot, it makes the trigger smooth, lighter and able to hold on target when it counts the most.
It is very accurate with the 14" barrel! Add the TKO to it and it should be backyard freindly.
I cannot wait to get home to my bag of goodies from the trade.. it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Thanks Family Man. I'll probably still have them. There only for sale on a couple sites and no one has even inquired about them.

It looks sharp with the camo/black combo. :)

FWIW: When I used the flat-top valve and piston, didn't see much of an improvement, especially if you were staying in the 10 pumps or less range.

I paid $85 and shipping from airgunsmith home page. His page doesn't show that he's even making them any more. Your welcome to contact airgunsmith and see what he charges.

There was about a 60fps increase at 10 pumps, but there were other changes besides valve. keep in mind I had a 24" barrel on it. I got 746 fps ave at 15 pumps. This was 177 cal though, not 22. I did convert to 22 at one point, but not sure if I have that data still.

My valve and piston was from MellonAir. http://www.mellonair.com/index.php?p=1_11_FT-Piston-Valves He has very reasonable prices, but VERY long waits.
