Looks like you have it down to squirrel-head at 50 and dove-head groups at 35 yards. Time to go hunting. :D

Now that I'm back in town, I hope to get the .22 assembled and tuned, then mount the camera.
Prod (tuned by Paul B., LW barrel, RB grips, ACE Folding stock, camo, TKO & JG brakes)
Sold: .22 Mrod "The Toad" (tuned by Paul B., 18" LW barrel, Toad-A-Flage camo)

Nice.

thanks everyone.

Neuron, I've tried to tune this thing every which way with no luck. I've even installed the 10lb hammer spring and get a max velocity of 770 fps with the baracuda match pellets. Not sure whats going on with the Mrod. I believe I'm about to send it back to pyramid and I'm on the verge of buying an air arms or similar type rifle. Then I'll be ready to go hunting :D

Sounds good. If I wasn't so deep into my .22 Mrod, I would probably be getting the EDGun. The bullpup platform is right for me, and that's a nice little airgun.

Not to talk you into delaying your return of the Mrod or anything... ...Is it possible your gauge is bad, or do you have another and have already verified that it's good? Sorry to toss out something so simple, but I know you've tried so much to get your fps up with the norm. It's a real head-scratcher at this point, but nobody needs to tell you that.

My chrony is verified through my father who got my bsa and reported the same fps that mine did.

I was hoping it was wrong. Plus I can tell it doesn't shoot any harder then my bsa which was around 800 fps.

Dang. I'm sorry. I wasn't clear. I meant the air gauge on the gun, or do you have another that you use during fills that confirms the gun's is accurate. My thought was; if you weren't really getting the full pressure that you thought you were, it would sure explain why you can't get the fps up. If there isn't an obstruction to the air's pathway, then a lack of pressure can only happen in a limited number of ways.

Because you didn't find some hint of other problem through tuning, such as the hammer's stroke/pressure or the port causing restrictions to the air supply, there doesn't seem to be many other options. I'm not sure if pressure can potentially bleed-off during shots somewhere along the way, but that would be the only other thing that I could see as a potential factor.

I know, it's not worth the hassle to have to track it down on your own...

...it's just a bit of a good mystery.

Thanks guys. Yeah I sure do give some produce hell lol. The fill pressure is verified through my fx pump. That thing is spot on. The rifle actually increases the fps the closer I get to 2500 psi. It shoots like crap at 3k psi as well. Very inconsistent fps. Poi will fluctuate an inch elevation wise at 3k til it gets to 25 so I just stopped even filling it that high.

Got to keep a watch on the video forum way down here now. :D

That is the strangest Mrod I've seen... ...only because I never chronied my wacky .22 before taking it apart and making real changes.

You've gone above an beyond what should be expected. It would be a real treat to return it and get a good one. I should have done it long ago with mine, but I'm determined to make this one shoot good. Not a lot of other options anyway now that it's been coated. ;)
