AOA FX LW Barrel to Prod...Help

I bought a AOA FX 14" LW barrel. I would like to put it on my Prod. The biggest problem in doing so is to have the groove cut inside the barrel for the probe O-ring. Who Does that?

Reach out to Motorhead on the forum. He has a shop and can help you out.

Sadly DO NOT have the tooling to cut the o-ring groove in a steel barrel having to do so via the thimble method.

Is the "thimble method" something you could do to this barrel? Asking because I don't know what the thimble method is. :oops:

Jim Gaska might be able to help. I believe he (used to) do LW barrels, and might still do hammer forged barrels on request.
